Courteous & Professional 02/27/2014 by: Janine Williams Rented ski & snowboard package ahead of our Incline Village vacation. This was the best pricing in the North Tahoe region. I called the store because the website didn't permit booking of demo snowboard online but a very helpful, professional and courteous gentleman answered the phone right away and said he would make a demo snowboard package available for us when we got there and note it on our reservation. Great booking experience.
