Ken Jones Ski Mart Reviews

I went to Ken Jones in Nashua, NH to purchase some items for my son. He is starting the ski club in February and I wasn't sure what he needed. The people that worked there were very helpful in finding what he needed and the better quality and price. My son is now all set to begin snowboarding and we are both so excited.

Avoid at all costs. Very poor customer service and generally bad attitude from the staff. We were loyal customers for over five years (entire family of five), but now go to other shops because of two bad experiences with the Ken Jones staff. First, their board shop lost two sets of our skis for eight days (Nov. 2007). Second, we waited for over 30 minutes for service while their staff waited on people who arrived after us (Nov. 2008). We escalated to a supervisor, who asked a clerk to help us. The clerk promptly disappeared, not to be seen again. We immediately left and went to a competitor's shop, where the service was wonderful: quick, attentive and very friendly. If you go to Ken Jones and get lousy service, you can't say you were not warned.

This place ROCKS! The guys there really know their stuff. Seems to be the "freeride" center of New England

We have a family of three kids that race, snowboard, and free ski and Ken Jones in Nashua always seems to have just what they want. The junior trade in program has saved us alot of money and our wholde family is treated very well always.

I have come to know the people at Ken Jones Ski Mart in Nashua over the year's and continue to be impressed with their knowledge and caring when it comes to helping myself and my family with all our needs. With snowboarders and ski racers in our family, they have the product at great prices and the selection to cover all our needs.
