Well staffed and knowledgeable of the product they are selling.Also I bought my snowboard package, including clothing, for a reasonable price.I would definitely recommend this shop too anyone looking for novice prices and informal staff.

this store is great they have alot of great deals, really good customer service, and a pretty decent size of selection.

We rented 3 snowboards for a day and 2 of the bindings broke half way thru the day. They were still barley useable so we decided to just use them as is. Who wants to lug all that stuff back to the car and down the street. It made for a slightly aggravating day. When we returned them I was told "well that happens to everyone’s equipment sooner or later". Their rental equipment is older than other rental places. On the way home I stopped in at Peterson's Ski & Cycle to check out their equipment and it was like night and day. They charge the same $15 but their equipment was much newer and better quality.

We went to this place based on previous review. It was a big disappointment. They rent cheap, worn out equipment which potentially could have you injured. The staff was helpful, but the store owner was really rude. Avoid this rental shop for your own benefits.

First time renting skis for my kids. Excellent service and they spent plenty of time with you. We had a problem with our credit card and they were patient with that as well. We also bought ski helmets. It was recommended to us and I would go back again. Alos, easy access to rt 80.

I have been going snowboarding for years and come to your shop for everything. I am from Maryland and even wait to get my board tuned and waxed by your staff. Your staff has much expertise and advice to give which ultimately plays a part in my decisions of what I purchase.
