Had three pairs of skiis tuned, shapened. Customer service was poor, but was satisfied with services performed.

We travel almost an hour to get our skis serviced here and make our ski purchases. Their prices are competitive, and they have an excellent selection of products.

At Bear Creek Ski Shack everything was neat and organized. The workers were friendly, new everything about what I should look for and what I should get, and quickly helped me out. They're great up there.

I like shopping at this store as they have great selection, wonderfully knowledgeable staff and it's convenient if I need to pick up something I need on my way up or down the mountain to or from snowboarding.
