Rent Somewhere Else02/04/2014 by: Anonymous Rude owner and employees. Rented us old broken snowboard and skis. We had to drive 10 miles back to the rental shop to have them fixed and then they broke again the next day. After all this they refused to refund us for the rentals. Don't ever rent from here if you want reliable equipment that you can trust for your self and your kids.

STAY AWAY! 01/07/2014 by: Anonymous STAY WAY FROM THIS PLACE. Old broken equipment, and technicians that don't care about your safety. We rented a snowboard for my 7-Year Old daughter - they set up the bindingss so that the stomp pad was at the front of the board - Also, the binding broke twice on us and had to be repaired. The ski's we rented for my other daughter were broke when we got them, and we didn't find out until we got 10 miles away at the resort. She needed my assistance every single time to get them on because the binding was bent on the bottom. When we returned them - instead of receiving an apology for the huge inconvenience, or any consideration in terms of a refund, the technician proceeded to blame us for the damage, because they would never let the ski's go out the door like that - I think they lost all credibility when they let the snowboard go out the door with the stomp pad in the front - these people don't care about your safety and rent a bunch of crap, period. STAY WAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Great job on ski tuning01/20/2013 by: Scott We get our skis tuned here as often as possible. Even though we are from out of town it is conveniently on our route so we drop the skis off when we are done on the weekend and pick them up on our way back to the mountain the following week. Skis have always been tuned as requested and have held an edge for a long time. Will use this shop as much as possible.

The owner is an awful human being 12/31/2010 by: Anonymous Our equipment wasn't even checked or fitted. We went to leave and a worker noticed they were wrong and needed to adjust, they did and we went to 7Springs. After getting our gear on, we couldnt ski b/c they gave us wrong equipment. It was out of date equipment. After the amount of money we spent on lift tickets, we could not be refunded because we had rented from this wretched place. We called and explained what happened and they told us they would call us back. They never did, so we showed up there. The employees said the equipment never should have been there but did nothing because the boss would not allow them to. After arguing we recieved our rental fee but were still out our lift tickets and the two hours we traveled to get there. The owner told us too bad and hung up on us. When we got others involved he lied and had his employees lie for him. B/c we could not get the equipment on,I fell and am now seeing specialists due to a back injury...what a way to spend the holidays!

Best Shop for the Area 02/12/2007 by: Matt Beatty Best service, best equipment. Save youself the hassle of lines and losing lift time in the AM. Get your act together on Friday and Return sunday for the same price as a day rental at springs.
