Unreasonable04/08/2018 by: Michael Ozorowsky I had prepaid for all rentals for 3 days. We returned all a day early (used for 2 days but didnt use the 3rd day. Returned on day 2) and they refused to refund our last day of rentals. They offered me a store credit but we are from florida and dont know when we will be back this way. I told them i would just like a 1 day refund and they refused. They looked me in the eye and told me no, we dont do refunds. Lesson learned dont pay them up front for anything. Terrible business practice. I cant understand why they wouldnt be reasonable and refund our unused time, we returned the gear a day early, no reason not to refund other than greed. I should have rented one day and paid by the day, but didnt think we would have any issues. Totally diagusted by their greed.

great service and great people 01/25/2011 by: glenn dowd If your going to rent equipment at camelback you would be a fool to pass this place up . On the left just before the mountain . The service is quick and friendly. Rentals are much cheaper and returns times are much more flexible than on the mountain.We were staying overnight so returning the next morning was "no problem " as long as I let them know so they weren't waiting around for me to return my skis that night.

the only place to go 08/21/2006 by: Margaret Pocono Ski Rental is the only place worth going to. Period. They have day by day rentals which are reasonable, and seasonal rentals that are a steal. You can also buy from them, although I never have. Everything about the shop is great. I recommend it completely.
