Don't go here !

When I pulled into the parking lot, there wasn't any cars and I thought they may be closed. But after I went in, I understand why they didn't have customers. I was not impressed by their selection. BUT, I walked around the store for an hour and no one asked me if I needed help. There was one young guy there with a bald head and glasses, but he ignored me completely. He actually walked by me several times but didn't even say hi or can I help you. I found a North Face jacket that I really want, but the customer service in this place made me change my mind. I went on and bought from Blue Ridge Mountain Sports. They love their customers and are very helpful. This place made me feel unwelcomed and the people working there seemed like they were being invaded by a customer. |

Lack of Customer Service

My daughter received a NorthFace Jacket for Christmas from Rolf Lanz in Knoxville - it was the wrong size and she just wanted to exchange it for a different size - they just said sorry we can't help you at all without a receipt and we don't have another size. They did not offer to call the Gatlinburg store (which I see on the internet that you have one) - they only said she could pay another $200.00 to buy a small adult size. This to a High School girl...They just sent her on her way - tough luck... The jacket was a gift from her sister and was not cheap. I think when you pay extra for something - there should be some customer service involved. Seems to me since it wasn't the parent - she was ignored. A customer is a customer. |
