These guys know their stuff! The boot fitting capabilities they have is phenomenal. I have never skied a pair of boots that fit and performed so well. While is was there 2 weekends ago, i also picked up a new helly hansen jacket and love it. I was very pleased with my overall shopping experience.

Great boot service, especially if you have boot issues. They can do so much to improve your fit. I'd recommend NOT buying online though because it will cost you to get the boot work done (buying online = loosing $$$). Buy a footbed and all basic adjustments are free. I paid extra to get the boot alignment work done...totally worth it and skiing better because of it.

I went to the Charolettesville store with a friend that is an advet skier,I am a beginner .We both were so impressed with the service. The staff was so friendly and knowledgable . They helped me get the best fitting ski boots, tried on several pairs. They were very patient with me. I was also helped to get the cutest outfit and the warmest pair of gloves. My friend was very happy this past weekend because he didn't have to hear me complain about my aching feet or cold hands .

Everything you need whether your a beginner or expert from equipment to attire. I have shopped in both locations, Charlottesville and Wintergreen and the staff is always extremely helpful and knowledgable. Don't shop anywhere else!

I was incredibly disappointed with the customer service. I would rank it in my top 10 all times worst experiences with sales people. I went twice and the second time was worse than the first because there were more staff than customers but it evidentially didn't make a difference. I went to the Wintergreen store and was SO glad that I did. Night and day difference. Exceptional staff, friendly, and knowledgeable. If you're in the Valley take the few extra minutes to drive up, you'll be glad you did. I wanted to invest in all new equipment, everything down to the ski pants. So Cville lost probably $2000 in business but I would hope that their lack of customer service would be more disappointing to them.
