There is a very large selection of items at this store. One major problem is that even though there are a lot of employees at this store, almost no one is around when you need help getting an item. While I understand Christmas is a busy time, I have a problem when you are obviously looking for help, workers just walk right past you. Also the prices are quite high.

I'm sorry but your web site is very amateur compared to your competition. It is very difficult to navigate and doesn't offer a lot of the items you offer in your stores. I couldn't remember the name of a snowboard I was interested in buying from your store so I checked on the web site. Not only did it take me over 5 minutes to get to the snow-sport page, but once I got there , there wasn't any of the snowboards listed. I also tried to see if you had a wake board handle that I wanted in the store and there was only one choice of handle and it happened to be the least expensive piece of junk you had (I know it's a piece of junk because I already made the mistake of purchasing it). I think that by having a better variety of products (like all of the one's you carry in stores) it would really benefit the company because consumers are moving toward purchasing online. If they can get something faster and easier from another web site they will.
