New bindings were not checked prior to leaving the store. On the hill, the binding failed to attached to the boot (UNSAFE). Customer drive back to Green Bay.

The technician did not believe the binding would not hold, and argued with customer. When testing with a boot, he finally acknowledged the problem and angrily threw that boot at a rack and stormed into the ski shop. When finished, he only handed the ski to customer and walked away. DID NOT check to see if it was working properly. DID NOT apologize. HORRIBLE, SHAMEFUL SERVICE!

Will report to the Better Business Bureau.
