The entire staff @ Zellers are amazing. Every detail is top knotch. If there is a problem with equipment used or new they have a solution. I would recommend everyone to go there. The knowledge you will learn is priceless. Being family owned they are a group to find all your needs and more.

I have worked with Zellers for ski's and snoboards. They give a reasonable trade in price for equipment that can be resold (theywon't take straight Alpine ski's but who uses them anyway?) and prices well below MSRP for ski's and boards. Pricing on the "extras", like gloves, helmets, clothing and goggles could use some work, I end up buying them elsewhere to save some money for the lift tickets. The staff can talk equipment, what it's good for and what suits your intent, and you know immediately they are focused on what works for the customer, NOT how much they can yank out of your wallet - other shops in the area need to take this lesson to heart. Tech staff is top notch, my gear works as good now as the first day I bought it just by being sure they give it regular attention. Just be honest in assessing your skill and these guys will get you where you need to be.
