Great customer service 01/05/2011 by: David Giordano We visited the showroom shortly before Christmas to choose a ski set-up for our daughter. The place was packed, yet we felt that Dan ( A manager ) treated us like we had arranged a private appointment to choose a perfect Ski set-up. He had been so completely focused on attending to assisting us that we forgot that the place was packed. When we went back on the Monday after Christmas to exchange the boots for a larger size, the amount of customers had tripled. When Dan spotted us he gave us the same proffessional attention to assist us in finding the perfect boots and made arrangments to set the skis up for us to pick up in a timely manner. We were more than happy to have discovered this wonderful store in an online advertisement. Everyone that works there seems truly engaged to helping shoppers in any manner. Dave Giordano
