100 yr old pines on narrow trails, 02/19/2013 by: John W Nice variety of trails in a great setting. Close enough together so you can choose any length of trip, but far enough apart so you always feel like you are in the wilderness. Most of the forest has not been touched since 1920. Cabins are fairly modern and main lodge is comfy. One long double tracked trail but no skate skiing. Sometimes the narrowness is a problem, like a downhill with a sharp turn. But hills are only 10 or 20 feet high anyway.
