Viking Nordic Center Reviews

Two really nice trails for snowshoeing, one leads up to a great view and the little cabin the other is a shorter loop around and through the woods. We didn't snowshoe this trip, the new snow was too nice not to ski on. The ski trails are well groomed and beautiful. We skied way out to the big farm. On a sunny day the fields are really nice. Everyone at the center is very helpful and friendly. We had really good veggie chili for lunch there and the kids got their cookies for finding all the cookie punches.

Two weeks ago I xc skied at Viking for the first time, with a group that came up from NJ for the week-end. The conditions were great, and it snowed while we were there! My husband snow-shoed with friends. The trails were well marked and easy to follow, the terrain was good, the warming hut and the staff were very welcoming. I hope to go back soon.
