Their ads were miss leading. Great prices on some items but the service is horrifying. Called them to see the status of my order only to be ignored. E-mailed my concerns only to be ignored. Fed up with this mickey mouse out fit... won't be wasting my time with these clowns. Oh, I'm still waiting for the product I ordered back in December 2006. Next time I order product via web site, I will pay extra just to get proper service. Unbeleiveable.
