Depending what day you go, and who is working, you might find this place brilliantly stocked and staffed, or just so-so. At any rate, the sale prices are great, as are the racks of "demo" products priced nice and low.

Staff can be great, if you catch the right person. Otherwise, head up to MEC to get expert advice. It seems that half the folks at Bushtukah are there to get their staff discount and socialize, while the other half actually want to serve clientele.

I had the opportunity to get the help of the best manager/salesman ever, (and I shop a lot)! He was extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions! He fixed my bike on the spot and waxes my skis within a day! Anthony (Tony) is awesome! I highly recommend shopping at Bushtukah as all the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable!
