Terrible Manager, Great Selection 03/29/2010 by: Gerry I agree with the sentiment that sales people at the new store were terrible. Unfortunately I left WITH skis and the tremendous feeling of being duped. Their website written by the General Manager, JF - gives you the impression that they are highly friendly and inclusive... only my experience has been that he is the worst of them. Highly exclusive and cliquey - not approachable or welcoming at all.........

If your looking for rude service shop here 12/23/2007 by: lerry flint If your looking for new ski gear your better off trying new shop. For a flat land ski shop these guys think they fully understand what hard core skiing or riding is about. I jus had the joy of buying new skies from them. For being a ski tech for over 15 years all over the world you think they would have tried to mount my bindings right. Like any hard core rider, i also check my gear before ridng. Brand new $1000.00 skies and guess what not only one but to screws were striped backing the bindings mount on the rear not staight. All in all in this rant they helped me out and made a deal for some $$$ off of some more gear. You would think a guy like me that averages more then 100 days riding a season knows how to put his boots on to fit right. A word of advice Lee Anne, Not everyones feet are the same and not every one puts their boots on the same to make them fit

Rude Sales Manager at new Gord's store 12/13/2006 by: Dorothy I went to new Gord's store to buy new ski boots last night and was surprised to be treated very unprofessionally. The sales man (who also claims to be a store manager, which further surprised me) wanted CARTE BLANCH before he would consider starting to work with me on selecting the proper boots. I could not tolerate such pressing sales tactics. At one point, he actually recommended that I go back to Sport Chek or Sampsons. I was not able to try even one pair of boots, way to go Gord’s sales force. I was planning to spend considerable amount of money, I am a member of ski team but as recommended I will go to Sampsons. Also, I will take every opportunity to tell about my encounter while skiing.
