I take two sets of snow skis in on a Thursday, to have the bindings switched between the skis. All the info is given and they promise them in a week. Over two weeks later after several calls and 2 technicians working on the project I get a call that they can't do the job because they can't be responsible for used bindings (Salomon won't back them). Well why in the hell didn't they tell me that in the first place instead of 3 days before a ski trip!!!! Oh, by the way, they were very willing to sell me new bindings, GET YOU OVER THE BARRELL AND WIP YOU GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!
