Big Red Cats - Cat skiing and Boarding Reviews

Our Ski club booked a ski trip to Red Mountain.. The skiing was decent. Our trip leader sold us on signing up on Cat Skiing with this company. So 15 of us paid in full for the trip and the night before BIG RED CATS decided to cancel the trip "because it was not good conditions" We then asked for a refund and they SAID NO CASH REFUNDS. They would accomidate us for a credit for 1 year if we decided to go back up there again (yeah right lets rebook to canada to get our possible ski red cat trip) WTF?... So basically they Called off the Trip and KEPT our money.. They also figured we wouldn't be coming back within a year and basically SHAFTED our whole Ski Club. Really Bad Business practice... Advise for future customers... Pay only on the day you go if you wanna go that bad...
