Outfitting California skiers and boarders since 1958, Elevation Sports (formerly Ski Haus) is the largest pro shop in southern California. Elevation offers expert bootfitting, and a huge selection of skis, snowboards, clothing and accessories. The service department can repair almost any damage to your gear, and you can save time by renting in the city before hitting the slopes.
What We Specialize In
Okay, we admit it, we're gear junkies. We dream about riding. We're known to put on boots and clomp around the store just for the fun of it. And our obsession is your benefit. The Elevation staff skis and rides all of the skis and boards that we sell. We know their characteristics; how they excel and where they're not so great. Bindings, poles, helmets, etc. . . . yep, those too.

Elevation offers a full line of performance rental gear, complete with skis, snowboards, boots, poles, and helmets.
What's a performance rental? Well, let’s be honest: A lot of rental gear just isn't very good. And poor gear performs poorly. We decided to do better.
Instead of offering rental-grade skis and boards, Elevation rents high-performance equipment that is normally only sold as retail merchandise.
And it gets even better — when you get rental skis from Elevation, they'll be expertly tuned and waxed, so you can slide smoothly!

Elevation's tuning experts can make sure your skis or board are tuned the way they should be. Our process is not so much a factory assembly line as it is that of a craftsman practicing his art. We understand the characteristics of individual ski and board models and how they should be tuned differently.
Ski Binding Testing
Elevation uses the state-of-art Wintersteiger equipment to verify that every binding system works to manufacturer specifications.
