The Outdoor Gear Exchange has been locally owned and operated since 1995 in Burlington, VT. We carry a full line of outdoor products and clothing ranginging from Backcountry Ski Gear (Tele, AT, Nordic) to Climbing, Backpacking, and Paddling. We specialize in getting the best closeouts, samples, and seconds and passing the savings on to you. We also carry a full selection of inline products to give you the best selection around at the best prices. We also have a consginment policy (65% cash/75% store credit upon sale) and we welcome used gear. If you are looking to get out into the backcountry or just want to rip up the slopes, we've got the ger you need. We're your local gear shop! Everyone here is a backcountry user - tele skier, AT skier, backcountry rider, ice climber, winter camper.
