Fast Trax is a premium full-service ski and running shop offering, advanced ski and shoe selection and several coaching and technique services. Fast Trax ski shop carries a great variety of ski equipment, from time-tested world-class brands like Fischer, Salomon, Atomic and Peltonen, to exclusive, ultra high-quality European brands like handmade Italian Ski Trab skis or Swedish Magnar waxes. Fast Trax combines quality equipment with free ski testing, boot testing and training advice to help you reach your full potential and maximize your skiing experience.
Fast Trax running shop combines quality equipment, from brands such as New Balance, Etonic, Puma and exclusive, ultra high-quality European brands like Karhu with free gait analysis, shoe testing and training advice. As well Fast Trax offers advanced personal coaching, training and technique sessions for runners of all abilities. Fast Trax specializes in all aspects of running, including Track, Road, Trail, Mountain and Ultra Marathon running.
Fast Trax coaching services are geared toward runners and Nordic skiers who would like a detailed training program. Fast Trax Personal Coaching helps runners and Nordic skiers of all abilities make smart training decisions, use better and more efficient workouts, establish good training routines, peak for big events and get the most from their training.
The Fast Trax Marathon Club is designed to provide everyday runners and Nordic Skiers a proven training program, based on quality mileage, hard workouts and strength training in a group setting, to maximize their potential.
The current schedule is designed around a quality long workout on Saturday followed by two days of relatively easy, yet long, recovery days, followed by two hard interval workouts Tuesday and Thursday alternated by easy recovery workouts and light strength workouts. The easy days between workouts allows the athletes to be more aggressive on their long workouts.
