Having just finished a full season here I can say it is a really great place for intermediate/good skiers and also ok for beginners (who should only buy a 1 valley pass).Before you go check out this great little guide. (meribel-unplugged.co.uk)which tell you everything you need to know and will save you loads of money on mountain lunches among other things.Two superb apres ski spots.Every afternoon The Rond Point. LDV in the village on Thursdays.Lively Night life is The Pub Meribel,Le Rastro Mottaret, with Dicks T Bar after for all party animals. Try to Avoid Mid February French School Holidays(especially Parisians)April snow was great again this season right up till the close.Grab a last minute bargain in January if the snow is good.Unbeatable resort for exploring all Trois Vallee area.But don't go blind.Check out that guide first.
