Great views ... and that's about it.02/04/2015 by: Jeff Snowbowl has been a constant disappointment. Overpriced for having ONLY two antique chairlifts. The owners don't seem to care about customer experience. Bigger isn't always better and Snowbowl would be better served with a renewed focus on improving the customer experience over planning on an expansion - improve what you got first! Replacing the Grizzly lift with say a high-speed quad from the base to the very top would be a better plan for the immediate future. I will say this in favor of Snowbowl - the bar is a great place to hang with great pizzas and a good drink selection!

Cold and Quick 01/06/2013 by: Anonymous They are making lots of snow and have done a good job with it. Still the holiday skiers scraped a lot of it off and they need to make more on just a couple runs. Skiing up high is excellent!!

Great ski hill close to town! 01/06/2012 by: Anonymous Great variety for all levels skiers; beginners should stay low on Mt though. Mid week is best; Saturdays can be busy.

Second Visit 02/25/2008 by: Shakti O'Melveny This was my second visit to Snowbowl. The first time the chairlift to the top was closed and I did not enjoy any of the lower runs, they were either way too easy, or way too icey to turn and slow down at all. This time, we went to the top, and as the snow was a little crunchier and packed than I am used to, I actually had a good time and learned a little about how to cut and turn into the snow better. I will go back as long as the top lift is open, and the runs are not any icier.
