Alpe di Siusi Terrain

Arnold, the coach, attentively observes the female skier as she maneuvers her way through the forest of flags. He stands motionlessly on the edge of the Puflatsch Slope of the Seiser Alm / Alpe di Siusi, his eyes focused on the young athlete's movements. As she swishes by the last few flags, she boosts her speed – and then she swerves over the finish line and looks expectantly towards her coach. But his facial expression makes it clear that he has found fault with her performance. "You have to ski straight over the finish line," he calls to her. Later, he gives her more-precise instructions, then he fixes his gaze on the next skier ready to start at the top of the course.
