King Pine Terrain

With 17 trails, 6 lifts, easy-to-navigate terrain and a spacious base lodge, families from across New England have called King Pine their winter destination for 50 years.

Our wide, beginner-friendly trails, impeccable grooming, and reliable snow makes King Pine the ideal place to ski or ride, day or night. 44% of our terrain is designed for novice and 31% for intermediate skiers and riders. For more advanced skiers and riders, additional adventure can be found on double-black diamonds Pitch Pine and Pine Brule or in the Twisted Pine Terrain Park.

Our spacious base lodge offers sweeping views of the resort, and parents are able to watch their kids as they take ski school lessons or as they make their way down the mountain. We have many lift ticket options! Only King Pine allows you to ski, snowboard, xc ski, snowshoe or ice skate anytime while your ticket is valid!

What's New This Season at King Pine

During the off-season, King Pine Ski Area has made valuable improvements to the resort for their guests. King Pine purchased 57 energy efficient tower guns in its continued efforts to improve snowmaking efficiency. Two electric compressors have also been purchased as King Pine continues to convert their snowmaking system from diesel to electric. Snowmaking improvements for the 2010/11 season will result in a 40% increase pumping capacity. Additional improvements include new food service equipment, additional rental shop inventory and numerous lodging upgrades at King Pine and Purity Spring Resort. King Pine has launched a new website with new operating features including a mobile-friendly site and ecommerce.
