Thredbo Terrain

Thredbo has a wide range of snowy terrain to suit all standards. For beginners learning is easy on the gentle slope of Friday Flat, with a slow speed quad chair and Snow Runner conveyer, making those trips to the top a breeze.

Once you're linking turns its time to rip with 67% of Thredbo’s terrain dedicated to intermediates. The Merritts area boasts a variety of wide tree-lined trails and with plenty of smooth corduroy you can work on your technique in full confidence.

Then when you’re cranking it’s time to wind it up a gear. There are endless options for advanced riders in Thredbo from a 5.9km leg burner from the Karels T-Bar (the highest lifted point in Australia) right down to Friday Flat, or take on some of Australia’s most challenging runs, bust it big off the natural hits and explore the powder bowls.
