More About Timberland Hills / Timberland West
About
We have 26 Km of trails on Burnett county and Barron county land . Difficulty ranges from very easy terrain ( Timberland West Lighted Trail) to the screaming hills of the Ridge run and Corkscrew of Timberland Hills, and the moderate outer loop. Something for everyone, with the warming house open in season at our parking area. We operate on donations and memberships only. Memberships are $40.00 a year for family, $30.00 for single. Applications are available in the warming house. Please be aware that these trails are located on county land, and as such are multi use areas. We officially assume use of the trails on Dec 1st, but there are a muzzle loading deer season and a 4 day doe season in the month of December. We recommend wearing of blaze orange during these seasons while skiing.
