About Weston Ski Track
The Weston Ski Track is a cross-country ski center designed to give people in the Boston area the chance to ski and snowshoe close to home. We groom 15 kilometers of trails for both skate and classical skiing across varying terrain along the banks of the scenic Charles River.
Even when there is no natural snow, our snowmakers maintain a loop of man-made snow almost two kilometers in length, consistently providing good skiing conditions in an area occasionally lacking in snowfall. And for those looking for some exercise or relaxation after work, night skiing on the lighted man-made loop offers the opportunity to enjoy winter evenings outdoors. Afterward, warm up in our cafe serving snacks and hot or cold beverages.
Whether you have your own skis or want to rent ours, whether you are an expert looking to race or a beginner who wants to take one of our lessons, whether you are 3 years old or 83 years young, at Weston Ski Track you'll enjoy a wonderful day on the snow!

Weston Ski Track: Weston Ski Track is a cross-country ski and snowshoeing center located on the Leo J. Martin Golf Course and serving the Greater Boston area.
With natural snow, we groom 15km of trails. Snowmaking on our 2km lighted loop provides consistent snow conditions and reliable night skiing. Drop in for a beginner lesson and then warm up in our snack bar.

Cross Country Skiing Lessons at Weston Ski Track
Beginner Lessons are available on weekends and holidays. At 10am and 2pm, we offer beginner lessons for adults and kids (ages 6-10); at 11:30 we offer an introductory skate-skiing lesson and a snowshoeing lesson/tour; and at noon we offer a kinder class (ages 4-6). Ski Racing Programs at Weston Ski Track
The vibrant Greater Boston XC Racing scene calls Weston "home" because of our reliable snowmaking and night skiing. Drop by for an informal race each Tuesday night, and check our web page for more formal events.
Improvements This Season at Weston Ski Track
We've installed a new, professional lighting system for improved night skiing, and purchased a new Areco snow gun which will expand our snowmaking capacity and our ability quickly recover from rain and warm temperatures.
Recreation Around Weston Ski Track
We also operate Kendall Square Community Skating, an outdoor ice rink in Cambridge, Massachusetts and, during the summer, Charles River Canoe & Kayak.
