About Carter's XC Ski Center
We have 2 locations one in Oxford and One in Bethel, Maine. Our Oxford center is great for beginners, with flat terrain. Our Bethel trials are great for skiers of all ability level, from the top of our Farwell Mt. trail skier can enjoy views of the presidential mountain range. We also have rustic cabins available for rental on top of Farwell Mt.

Carter's in Bethel is approximately 7 miles from Sunday River, where is there always something going on.
Carter's XC Ski Center Lodging, Hotels, and Condos
We offer Lodging at both of our locations. In Oxford we have a bed breakfast located in a converted barn from the 1800's. Our Bethel Center provides the option of 2 different trail side cabins or the main lodge. Trail fees are included in the price of lodging.
