Beautiful terrain. Trails wind through aspen groves, around the frozen Spooner Lake and up into the high country overlooking Lake Tahoe.Spooner Lake Cross Country Ski and Snowshoe area is in the beautiful Lake Tahoe Nevada State park on the east side of Lake Tahoe at Spooner Lake. We are far away from the downhill crowds. We offer groomed trails for traditional skiing as well as skate skiing. Snowshoers can use our groomed trails and we pack @15 km of narrow snowshoe only trails.
