The terrain is beautiful and offers views into the famed Smugglers' Notch Pass and to Mt. Mansfield, Vermont's highest mountain.

Evening trek pairs "Sweets and Snowshoes" Each Wednesday evening a guided trek for adults departs the Nordic Center and follows a network of gently rolling snowshoe trails to a handcrafted pavilion in the woods. At the pavilion, trekkers relax in the glow of a campfire and candlelight while enjoying a warm beverage and samplings of three desserts. The trek is 30 - 40 minutes each way, and appropriate for all levels of experience.
