AboutThe Oil Creek State Park Nordic Ski area offers 19 K of groomed and tracked trails for classical skiing only. Many options with connector trails. The trails offer a great variety of terrain from hardwoods to hemlocks and meadows. You can also see evidence of our Oil history. A scenic overlook shows 6 derricks. There is a warming hut with a wood stove and composting toilets. Dogs are not allowed. Trails are through the woods and make use of old lumber and oil lease roads. Trails are about 8-10 ft wide. There are trail signs at each intersection and trails are well marked.

Improvements This SeasonThe volunteer trail group installed over 20 culverts this year to improve the trail and dry up wet areas as well as other trail maintenance. There are new trail signs at each intersection. Trails are very well marked.
