We are high, wild and remote! 8,000' elevation with breathtaking views - 76 miles from Jackson Hole. Pristine mountain trails and meadows. 30 km groomed trail along with off-track skiing in the Wind River Mountain Range. Spectacular scenery and solitude. Trails are free to use. White Pine Ski Area & Resort offers apre ski in their lounge. Pinedale usually has live music on weekends. There are a number of "watering holes" and even a brew pub!

White Pine Ski Area & Resort has hand-crafted cabins slope-side. A good variety of motels and B&B's are found in Pinedale, and there are a number of rustic lodges in the surrounding area.
