AboutChallenging rolling hills on our 5K race course and long gentle hills on an 8.5 K perimeter loop. A challenging 2/3 K sprint warmup loop right outside the lodge. Just 70 minutes from Portland via hwy 26 and 35 minutes from Hood River via Hwy 35. Trails are groomed for striding and skating at least 3 times weekly and more for special events and vacation periods.
Spectacular scenery amongst 80ft conifers. Many views of Mt Hood from the trails. Wood heated warming cabin built in 2005 offers seating for about 25 people and a place to store picnic food and extra gear while skiing. Cabin is open only on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays except during Christmas break, Presidents weekend and Spring Break and for special events. The trails are always open and donation boxes available for your trail fee donations.

teacup-lake-nordic-club: The facebook site of Teacup Nordic a non profit club that is one of 8 member clubs of the Oregon Nordic Clubs INC . Teacup operates a 22 KM groomed ski trail system with a cabin warming hut and bathrooms, on USFS land on Mt Hood OR. It is open to the public for XC classic and skate skiing from Mid -Nov until end of April (snow permitting) and public members are asked to make a daily trail use donation of $10 per person per day of skiing, or become annual members. www.teacupnordic.org

Teacup is a non-profit 501c3 organization and all membership fees and trail donations go toward maintenance of our lodge, support for our youth programs, and grooming.
