About Waterville Valley
The Nordic Center is committed to dependable grooming and quality snow surfaces. Trails offer a wide range of novice to expert, are groomed daily and are wider so they can be groomed for both skate and classic. Waterville Valley is known for its variety of terrain with wide groomed tracks for skating and striding. It also offers full retail and rental services and lessons including all–inclusive Starter Kits, woman’s clinic and Kid Power. Saturday guided ski and snowshoe tours. 2 new trails for 07-08: Swayzeytown intermediate trail on Snow’s Mountain and Connection Corner beginner loop at the North End. Located on Bob’s Lookout on the north end, Burt’s Yurt lets you warm up and (on weekends) fuel up.

Cross Country Skiing Lessons at Waterville Valley
The PSIA certified instructors provide a complete range of learning experiences. There are never ever to advanced lessons in both skate and classic techniques as well as Starter Packages that include lessons and rentals.
Improvements This Season at Waterville Valley
Two new cross country ski trails at Waterville Valley:
New Swayzeytown Trail: Leaves just below the summit chair of Snow's Mountain, from the Beanbender Trail. Provides fun opportunities for intermediate skiers and advanced novices to ski down from the summit and connect with the Lower Snow's trail. Currently the trail down from the summit follows a steep former alpine trail, and is too challenging for skiers with nordic gear.
New Connection Corner Trail Provides a neat beginner loop opportunity right at the North End Trails parking area, connecting the Greeley Path, Connector, and Livermore Trails.

Nordic Ski and Stay Package includes lodging in a one bedroom Waterville Valley condo, cross country ski pass and rental equipment, access to the White Mountain Athletic Club and all taxes. Nordic trails start right in Town Square.
