About Rusty Bindings Ski ClubRusty Bindings Ski Club is an active member of Singles League, Bay Area Snow Sports Council and the Far West Ski Association. The club is focused on downhill skiing/racing and snowboarding/racing. The racing teams compete in the Bay Area Singles League racing competitions. Club members who ski and ride boards and do not race also participate in sharing rented mountain condominiums and group dinners. The weekly meetings and a myriad of year-round activities keep club members tightly connected and extremely active. In addition to snow sports and other activities, the club makes annual donations to chosen charitable organizations. By being under the umbrella of the Bay Area Snow Sports Council, members can purchase discount lift tickets to a wide variety of Lake Tahoe mountain sports resorts. After the racing season ends, there is an annual Spring Awards banquet which recognizes those who have raced competitively, as well as providing the first introduction of the newly elected club officers. As members of the Far West Ski Association, club members have access to generally wholesale prices of world-wide travel experiences.
