About Fox Hill Ski Area

The Members of the Milwaukee Ski club own and operate the Fox Hill Ski Area, It is located just a few miles North of Slinger, Wisconsin on the East shore of Big Cedar Lake. We are a co-op style ski area with no employees, members operate the area about one weekend a month.
The club formed in 1910 and was organized as a ski jumping club holding tournaments in Milwaukee and Waukesha counties at various locations. In 1939 the club acquired Fox Hill, in 1949 the Chalet was erected, since then the hill was graded and regraded, and additional rope tows were added and trails have been defined and cleared. Club members take pride in doing their best to keep the area in good condition and always encourage personal responsibility. We have a wonderful family atmosphere.
