About Granite Peak
During the past 12 years we have expanded from 14 to 74 runs, installed six new chairlifts, built an entirely new base village with premium dining, shopping and services, installed 500 new snowguns, purchased 2,500 new rental skis and 300 new snowboards, built a new chalet, restored the historic stone chalet with moving the bar to the upper level and installing a new outdoor patio to take in the mountain views with fire ring and table heaters. Additional seating with new changing areas with restrooms.

Best in Wisconsin
Went up for the first time this week, got the lodging at Super 8 for $38/night and lift tickets for around $30. During the week it's 2 for 1 lodging and lifts, a super bargain. My only complaint is the food at the cafeteria a...More |

Great skiing!
Went skiing yesterday. All the lifts were open. The slopes were well groomed and the snow was soft. There were lift lines but the longest was about 5 minutes or less. mostly there were no lift lines. Both chalets were very cr...More |

Skiing was great!
Went skiing Saturday and Sunday. The runs under the 6 place chair are open as are Sundance (Senior Headwall), Slalom and the novice slopes. The snow was a little rough on Saturday but on Sunday all the snow was nice and soft....More |
