Every time I go into this store, even if I am the only customer in there, the staff doesnt make me feel welcome. I have given up on these a-holes and refuse to buy any of the over priced stuff they have anyway. Do yourself a favor, go to the ski rack, try on what you need, then tell them "thank you." Go home and buy the goods online for 30% less. BUY ONLINE!!!

Imagine boots that fit, skis improving my downhill speed & a "beginner" kayak just right for entering the sport. From the beginner through high performancer, this store has great equipment, vast knowledge and experience, plus helpfull staff in choosing whats best for me and my desired results. Value is important as costs can be much higher than the pricetag. These folks help me get the most for my money and my time through winter and summer.
