Enjoying Nature and Serenity on the Trails of Canterbury
Posted on 01/15/2010 by: Anonymous

What a wonderful day at Canterbury! We were pleasanlty surprised at the snow cover there. The trails were well-groomed with few people. We covered the whole area and enjoyed the peace and quiet, hearing only our skis and the chickadees! The trails are mosty blues and greens with a couple of nice downhills. The Bog Trail loop is rustic and fun. There is even a scenic view of the nearby mountains from their new trail, Whistler. If you enjoy a leisurely pace and moderate terrain this is a wonderful place to visit.

Beautiful Place, Friendly People
Posted on 02/11/2008 by: Hannah Barnes

This is a beautiful place to ski and the owners/staff are very friendly and helpful. We had brought our lunch so we didn't get to try the food but will do so on our next visit. We went on a pretty icy day, just after the ice storms and they were very conscientious about grooming the trails multiple times to make it as good as possible. Thanks for making it a nice day for us!
