Grand Geneva (Mountain Top) Reviews

I love visiting Grand Geneva! From the georgeous scenic drive up, to the excitement when pulling up to the lodge, seeing the snow filled slopes, the friendly staff and fabulous views-all make for a great visit ! All that and just a quick jog to town for the great variety of shopping, dining, skiing and whatever else your heart desires!

This is a great place for a starter family...small hills, few runs, the best part is the Timber Ridge Lodge on the resort grounds. It has an indoor water park and suite rooms for families with bedrooms. Lodge was awesome. There is also an ice skating rink and tobagganing hill. So lots to do there on the grounds for the family.

Grand Geneva has an awesome terrain park. The hills were not overly-crowded & we got thru the lines pretty quickly. The kids had a great time. The Staff was friendly & efficient. We would definitely go back!

It was faster to walk up then take the chair lift

The hills are not high, but the incline is fast! Usually not too crowded.

slopes were icy, need more and frequent manmade snow to cover up snow. rental return was a joke, nobody checked id's or confirm my address. business is run on people's good ethics. within the area, wilmot wins the choice!

Family of 5, skiing and enjoying the proximity to downtown Lake Geneva. The skiing and hotel were very expensive. Be sure that you make a reservation to do everything, from eating to rock climbing to sledding. If you are not aware of this, like we were not, you will have to miss out on all the advertised fun at the resort. Fun time overall, just be prepared to have that wallet open!

Great resort with a short commute from Chicago. Ski school program great for beginner skiers. The North face gives a challenge for advance skiers
