No other ski resort can match Dollar Mountain and the "Magic Carpet" for the kiddies. Gentle hills, without the trees in the way, and a great traffic pattern insures safety for all. The ski instructors for the little kids ( and the Big Kids learning to ski) are patient, thoughtful and empathetic. Carol's Lodge at Dollar Mountain serves up great food and hot chocolate with class.... with a capital "C."

Baldy, the really big mountain has runs for the true skier that are long and run from easy to black. Something for everyone.

The Sun Valley Lodge Condominiums are absolutely the best value for a family. Newly updated, their close proximity to the Lodge means ice skating, bowling, heated swimming pool, the Spa,shops and boutiques, lovely restaurants and bar are in walking distance on the property.
