A good value - with a nostaligic feel too.

The bad...
It was only our second time snowboarding (sorta) for the four of usThe beginner hill is very small, and could use a fence at the bottom. Should start higher up too (future improvement?)Spent a lot of time dodging obstacles (fallen people). It was very icy, which made that harder.

The good...
$10 for beginner rope tow, $20 for beg & int. rope tows & $25 for both + Poma. A lot more intermediate terrain, from what I could see by hiking up it. There may be a lot more that I didn't see, & also unseen advanced terrain.

For beginner, I would suggest staying away unless conditions are good. Will spend more & go to bigger area a few times. But once we get to intermediate level, it will be well worth saving $100 (for 4 of us) to go there and explore the rest of the mountain. Also intend to go back for guided snowshoe tour and to do some XC skiing (and maybe Mountain Boarding in summer!).
