A local mom and pop resort. They offer night skiing. I had a bad experience a couple years ago and swore I wouldn't go back. I heard about changes at the resort so decided to give them another chance. I noticed many upgrades around the lodge. The snow cover was good as was the grooming. The customer service was much improved. Glad I gave them another shot. I will try to get back there this season. Reasonable ticket prices on Monday and Tuesday evenings.

Small local resort. Mom and Pop run. The terrain is interesting when adequately covered with snow. Easy access from the Northway. Offers night skiing.

BUT the management keeps stubbing their toes. Customer service is poor. I have had two or three bad experiences at West. The management can't seem to rectify problems or satisfy customers. A simple apology or note would go a long way. They are very short sighted. They seem to succeed in spite of themselves. I will ski elsewhere until I feel that they get it. There are other places to ski in the area.
