GOOD AND BAD...

GOOD AND BAD...I'M AN EXPERIENCE BOARDER AND LOVED THE MOUNTAIN, TERRAIN, AND PARK. HOWEVER, MY GIRLS ARE BEGGINERS AND SIMPLY LEARNING HOW TO CARVE AND HANDLE THE BOARD. ECHO MOUNTAIN IS DEFINATELY NOT THE PLACE FOR BEGINNERS. IT'S TOO STEEP. I CAN'T STAND IT WHEN IT'S TOO FLAT WHEN THEY'RE TRYING TO LEARN, BUT THIS SLOPE IS INTIMIDATING FOR A YOUNG BEGINNER. |

short drive - no crowds !!

Have been going for the second year, like it a lot because it is a lot faster to get to, the kids and my husband snowboard and have a blast ... no lift lines... good terrain park... I love to hang out in the lounge and watch them, it is at the half way mark, so it is fun to just sit there and observe. We are allowed in there with our own food, which is awesome... some places ban you from the nice lodge with your own food and you have to sit separately to eat, but Echo is really cool about it !! |
