What's New This Season at Caberfae Peaks
Snowmaking IMPROVEMENTS- 6 new low energy SMI snowmaking fan guns
- 8 new low energy air/water snow makers
- 15 additional snowmaking towers located on Charlie, Liberty, GG’s Ride, Shelter, Smiling Irishmen & the top of North Peak
- Installation of over 1000’ of snowmaking pipe, allowing for better flow, increased water pressure & less friction loss
Open BACKCOUNTRY TERRAIN
Caberfae now offers the only backcountry terrain in the Lower Peninsula! Take warning as there is no lift access, no grooming and no snowmaking, so enter at your own risk! It’s just you and Mother Nature, plenty of untracked snow & Pure Michigan!
