The ski area "Grand Avoriaz" offers fun for everybody...The altitude guarantees snow throughout the season, an average of 8m per winter. Avoriaz uses the natural shape of the mountains to create true playgrounds for the whole family. This is how the snowcross on the boarder piste in the "canyon" were innovated.Of the 14 resorts of the immense domain of "Portes du Soleil", Avoriaz has the good fortune to occupy the central position, just a short way from Switzerland. Skiing among the snow covered pin trees, As varied as the landscape before you : Lac Leman, les Dents du Midi, Mont-Blanc.
