Champery - Portes du Soleil Terrain

The cable car Champéry – Planachaux (125 passengers) and the 6 seater chairlift in Grand-Paradis transport you in 5 minutes directly to the Portes du Soleil domain at 2000 meters altitude. With 194 ski lifts and over 650 km of ski slopes, this is the largest internationally connected skiing region in the world. No matter what your interest numerous other activities are also catered for cross-country skiing, winter walks, paragliding or snowshoe walks, there is an activity for everybody. After an eventful day there is nothing better than a fondue and glass of white wine in one of the many traditional restaurants of Champéry. And for those who still have the energy there are plenty of opportunities to go out and have a good time in one of the bars or discos.

A snowpark with quarter, pipe, gap, jumps, lines, boxes, border cross, spine, rainbow, rails, hips, walls, hoops, tables and kicks is located in Les Crosets. The structures, adapted to freestylers requirements are well-kept during the whole winter season. Contest and demonstrations are organized.

What's New This Season at Champery - Portes du Soleil

A new 8 seated charilift will replace the Crosets II and I. This new lift more comfortable will take 4'000 persons per hour in 3'31 to the top.
