Showdown Montana Terrain
The things that are most often noted by new visitors to Showdown are those that are missing: no lift lines, no snowguns, no condos, no glitz, no pretensions. We just like skiing, and want to make sure that you do, too.
We're celebrating 75 years as the oldest ski area in Montana. Come check us out and find out why we're Montana's greatest hidden treasure.

What's New This Season at Showdown Montana
This year Showdown has installed a new 400 foot Learning Conveyor near the lodge. Previously, Showdown has had a 150 foot conveyor, but decided it was not long enough to really help peopl learn how to ski properly. The new conveyor will enable all folks learning to ski or ride, and have the advantage of learning much easier then before.
We have also moved our Terrain Park and are installing new features and natural features as well.
